Acceptance is often misunderstood.

Accepting your dissatisfactions does not mean:

You approve of them

You tolerate injustice

You stop improving

You settle

It means you stop fighting reality emotionally.

The real difference

Resistance says:
“This should not be happening.”
(You burn energy arguing with reality.)

Acceptance says:
“This is happening.”
(Now you gain clarity to respond wisely.)

Acceptance removes emotional friction — not action.
